it would be really useful if this fundamental data could be found and included in the filterable data.

I am looking for a good camera that is particularly suitable for plant photography. It would be important that the macro shots are good, but functions such as time-lapse would also be important to me. The lighting conditions are assured due to the fact that we are dealing with houseplants. However, I would be happy if the camera also works well outdoors in uncontrolled lighting conditions, as I plan to go travelling with it from time to time to photograph plants there too. Budget is approx. 1500 - 2000 CHF for body with lens, but also less.

Hello Galaxus team I just wanted to ask if you might have accidentally lost the DJI Mini 5 Pro under a pile of toasters or cordless toothbrushes? It was launched a whopping 40 minutes ago - that's about three eternities in drone years - and I just can't find it on your platform. đ± I've already browsed through all the categories, even briefly considered whether she might be listed as a "pet" (she follows you everywhere). But nothing. No propeller far and wide. If she's still finding her way through your digital warehouses, please give her a little nudge - I'm willing to sacrifice my account. With best regards Shamano

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.

Hello, The charger no longer works and I need to change it. I can't find the original part number. Would a USB-C charger be better than the original model? Which model do you recommend? The original charger is 65W. Thanks for your help!

When searching for different products, I noticed some brands that I don't want to buy for various reasons. If I want to filter accordingly, it's relatively tedious because I then have to select all the brands except the ones I don't want to see. The problem could be easily solved by adding a "Select all" button or link - then you could easily deselect the brands you don't want to see in the results list. This would be extremely practical not only for brands, but also for other search criteria. It would also be excellent if you could sort not only by price, but also by "price per unit". The information is there and is also displayed, so this sorting should be feasible.

Hello, I really miss the possibility to filter the products by "energy class/energy efficiency" as well as by "lumen/m". Can you customise this? Merci! and have a nice day

Hello, I'm wondering about the relevance and, above all, the morality of selling products that are banned for use in Switzerland? As a reminder, electric scooters exceeding 20km/h are banned from circulation in Switzerland. Of course, you're bound to tell me that these machines can be used on private land without being on the public highway, but that's an argument in bad faith, because we know where these vehicles end up in the end. Serious accidents are on the increase and Galaxus should ask itself whether it is responsible for some of these accidents.

Can anyone recommend a Spotify DJ software that I can use to mix favourite music, or a way to import Spotify into a DJ program and mix it?

I have often asked questions about articles. Unfortunately, I usually don't get an answer. When I want to order something, it often has too few details. If you ask in the Community, no answer. Questions should always have to be answered by the retailers. Answers like: "It's from a third-party provider, we don't know." I don't find that acceptable.

Good morning everyone. For once, not a negative article, but a big compliment to GLAXUS. I ordered a TV a few days ago. After the dispatch status was not updated, I enquired. The parcel somehow got lost. No problem for Galaxus... "We're sending a new one" ..... and it will arrive today. Many thanks to Galaxus for the uncomplicated and professional handling.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Best regards, SF

Hello everyone We are looking for a suitable music system for our clubhouse [approx. 120m2). We have two TVs which also need to be integrated into the system. The main use is to listen to music via Spotify and watch sporting events/films on the TVs. We have WLAN in the restaurant, which I also want to use as a communication protocol. For whatever reason, I have the feeling that the solution is a Sonos solution. How many boxes are needed for 120m2? Which ones do you suggest? How can I connect/integrate the TVs? Do you have any ideas for my initial situation? Thank you for your support! Best regards

Hello, Due to a weakening of my immune system, I currently need to protect myself against viruses, and I would also like to do something about my mite allergy (I also have a pollen allergy in spring). I am therefore looking for an air filter for my practice room (approx. 15m2) and possibly also for my bedroom or office at home (also approx. 15m2 in each case). Which device is particularly good against viruses and mites/pollen? I look forward to tips!

Hi, I have an open-plan kitchen in my flat and previously had the Philips Series 2000 AC2887/10, which was perfect for it. Unfortunately I had to replace it and tried another, I thought similar, one from Philips. Thought they were equally good. Unfortunately not suitable for the kitchen. Can anyone recommend a filter that ventilates the kitchen? Merci.

Hello dear community I am looking for an air purifier especially for cat hair. I have 4 indoor cats. The hair also flies around in the air after vacuuming. I have read that a HEPA filter would be good. Most machines don't say anything about their performance for removing cat hair. My boyfriend is also allergic to pollen. Does anyone have a recommendation for an air purifier?

Bloody hell, Digitec - it's not that difficult after all: Now I look at the powerbanks and see 36 of them which, according to your specifications, have a capacity of less than 100 mA. Of course these values are not correct. It would be easy to set limits for certain fields, outside of which a human being (how old-fashioned, I know...) would have to keep an eye on it. But instead there is the possibility that customers will report incorrect values - in which case the adaptation of the software is more worthwhile... With correct data, I would find the filter functions extremely useful, but like this... Maybe the Community can somehow create some pressure? What do you think?

It is not possible to make an enquiry about an item that has not yet been delivered (order 158239705...) at Digitec Winterthur by telephone or e-mail. There is no telephone number or e-mail available to customers. This is a pity. I am now forced to physically travel to Winterthur next week to clarify the matter on site. This is not good customer service. I feel cold as a customer.

I've already taken advantage of at least one good offer of the day, but I generally find that the offers aren't very attractive.

Hello, I'd like to suggest a new feature concerning deliveries of multiple orders. Currently, if I order several items and one of them isn't available immediately, the delivery is put on hold. And if I place another order a few days later, it will be delivered regardless of the 1st order on hold. Wouldn't it be easy to detect that a first order is on hold and group them together for a single delivery? Something to think about. Otherwise, thank you for your great service! Best regards

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

Hi, I wanted to ask if you would be more likely to switch to Galaxus fibre if instead of the router you were sold a suitable SFP module that you could integrate directly into your existing infrastructure? There are a few people who get round the limitation with spoofing (configuring the SFP module with the information from the Galaxus router), but I think it would be great if this wasn't necessary. There are BBCS compatible SFP modules, so the integration should be easier. What do you think
