I bought it a year ago and had it repaired by digitec 6 months ago. Does the warranty still last until 2026? Knowing that it says on the warranty 2 contradictory things: with the date of purchase --> the warranty lasts until 2026. with the date of return after repair --> no warranty.
I've read all the suggestions here and must honestly admit that most of them are absolute rubbish. BT speakers? Seriously???
If you want something sensible to start with, buy a used and simple record player. There are plenty on various platforms. The taste decides.
I would recommend a Dual 505-2, 3 or 4 to start with.
Plus a decent amplifier from the 90s and a pair of Canton speakers.
If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Protective cover contents not the same as labelled
In the case of the protective cover, the packaging is correctly described, but the contents are not the product. And cannot be used. The camera holes are wrong
I would like to order toys soon (most likely individually, depending on sales). Will these items be packed in a box, or should I expect the shipping label to be stuck on a Lego box, for example, and my son to see it?
Hello everyone, I want only one keyboard with mouse for my business PC and my private PC in the home office. The PCs are already connected to a monitor (each via display and HDMI connection). To save on cables, I want to use the same keyboard and mouse (both wireless) to operate the PCs. The PCs do not run simultaneously. The answers in
https://www.digitec.ch/de...
are not what I am looking for (I don't want a KVM). How else can I solve this? Thanks for the help!
Hello
I wanted to ask if you at Digitec already have information on when the new ROG Phone 10 will be released, which versions will be available to buy and when it will be available to order.
I am looking for a keyboard for my PC where the backlight is always on as soon as you switch on the PC and not only when you press the first key. Does anyone know of such a model?
Have you ever 3D scanned something and then (post-processed) and printed it?
Which devices/tools did you use? I'm looking forward to hearing about your experiences :-)
Hello everyone. I have the 65C7K and my Asus NUC from 2025 connected via HDMI. Both have HDMI 2.1, but the Asus NUC 15 Pro with an Intel 9 285H and integrated graphics of 18GB should easily reach 120Hz. No, Windows and the latest drivers only deliver a maximum of 60Hz to the HDMI 2.1 in 4K. If I increase the Windows settings to 120 Hz, the resolution changes to 2K. Where is the error?
Which is better?
1 monitor:
32 inch 4k oled
ASUS ROG Strix XG32UCDS
Or 2 monitors:
32 inch 2k LCD
Samsung Odyssey G5
26 inch 2k oled
ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27ACDMS

Digitec offers two absolutely identical early 2025 models (15 inch/24 GB/1TB) at different prices (1629 and 1747). The only difference I can find in the description is the manufacturer number: one is Z1DC and the other Z1DH. That doesn't tell me anything. Who knows what to do?
Bluray drives - Significant differences in the read rate?
Are there actually significant differences in the read rate of Bluray drives in the Digitec shop (I would be interested to know which is the fastest, and whether it is significantly more expensive than others) ?
Looking for a humidifier that I can connect to Google Home/IKEA Smarthome/Switchbot Hub. Any tips? I'm a bit surprised not to find this filter criterion here
I am looking for a humidifier (evaporator) with a washable filter.
Unfortunately, most of them have overpriced disposable filters that have to be replaced every 3 metres depending on use and produce a lot of waste.
Do not search accordingly on Galaxus. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I asked a question about this weeks ago, but never got an answer. Let's see if there is more going on here:
My problem. I've been using Oral B electric toothbrushes for years. But they all suffer in the same place:
The toothbrush is good and cleans thoroughly. But the rechargeable battery is a disaster.
On the one hand, the runtime is much lower than stated,
On the other hand, the batteries break down far too quickly.
And there are no replacement batteries - which means throwing them away after a maximum of 18 months.
I find it tragic that such expensive devices have to be thrown away after so little time because of the battery. And my toothbrushes cost between 170 and 240 francs. Oral B is uneconomical and unecological.
QUESTION: Does anyone know of an electric toothbrush that has a battery life of more than 2 years? Or replaceable batteries?
I'm looking forward to hearing your answers, thank you.
I have just persuaded my parents to buy a pc for my sister that i can assemble later for her birthday.
i have found all the components here. this is my second pc i am building but i am building an AMD pc that means with amd cpu and gpu to save money.
Here is the list
https://www.digitec.ch/de...
My question to the Community. I know nothing about AMD but I know that they are much better in terms of price and performance.
Is this pc stable and are the components compatible and do i have the best cpu/gpu in this price range?
Rgb doesn't matter it has to be clean.
What about the motherboard it says windows 10 but not 11 (which is rubbish anyway) next year windows 10 will no longer be supported unless the EU saves us again. It would be good if it was compatible.
In terms of gaming, she only really plays minecraft, but it would be nice if the render distance went far enough for her, i.e. 16-20 chunks.
She also plays red dead on the xbox so far, but maybe she'll switch. she'll probably be at 2.5K with a monitor.
Have I done it right with the power from the power supply?
The components don't even draw that much power...
Thank you in advance for your support and have a nice weekend.
Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions".
1. i did not provide any details
2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung
This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
Best regards, SF
In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day.
A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late.
In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it.
I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway?
Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?
Hello
Has anyone registered a unit and received a warranty certificate for the 5 years afterwards?
I registered my machine, received a registration confirmation email from Delonghi, but no certificate. Delonghi support told me they did not see a registered machine in my account (I did see it in my account) and I should do the registration again. No sooner said than done.
After registering again, they said they now also saw the registered device and that I would receive the certificate soon. But that did not happen.
That's why I'm asking you about your experiences.
Thank you
I am going to convert my garden railway to WiFi operation. This means that the feedback and servo control will be via 30-40 Pi Pico-W. The first tests (data traffic central PC control with Pico W for feedback and servo control) have been promising. Now it is time to determine the router. An internet connection is not planned, it is only about the communication between the Pico W, router and PC. The router can be mounted approx. 1.5 to 2 metres above the ground and has a clear view of the Pico's. Distances up to approx. 25m. The amount of data to be transmitted is minimal, most of it will be the packet itself. The Pico Ws are powered via the rail current. This means that there will also be a data pick when the system starts up. On average, a WiFi module will send/receive data every 20 seconds.
Now to my question:
Do you have certain concerns about the functionality of the WiFi connection?
What should I pay particular attention to?
Which product would you recommend?
Greetings and thanks
huk
Hello everyone
I'm currently toying with the idea of importing a Xiaomi 14 pro from China. I know that it comes without the B20 band and that I have to install the Playstore myself. Does anyone have any experience of smartphones without B20 in the Bern area or elsewhere in Switzerland on the Sunrise network? Or is there a map of the coverage of the Sunrise network without B20 frequency online somewhere? I find it difficult to estimate how much the lack of coverage affects the internet speed. Many thanks in advance. Kind regards Fabian
I don't know about other customers, but things have been getting worse for me over the last two years. Every second parcel I order is late, parcels with SAZU have also not been delivered. I'm already missing one parcel again, but I don't know if it's disappeared again... I don't know, but it would be the second parcel that has simply disappeared.
Digitec please put some fire under Swiss Post's arse in this respect, e.g. by switching to other parcel services such as DHL, which brings parcels from China to Switzerland over the weekend. Maybe also open more Digitec stores, because I miss the one in Solothurn where I could order something on Saturday morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

At the moment I have the steffen wireless switches to switch a few devices (mainly loudspeakers that make noise when the pc is off) that are slowly breaking down and are no longer available in the shop.
i could just replace them with the new and hopefully better ones, but as i now have my homeassistant setup with hue and nanoleaf lights, i thought it would be a good idea to buy plugs that are integrated with them. The path of least resistance would be to just buy the hue plugs as I already have the hue bridge. But I think the ability to measure power consumption would also be good.
tldr; my goal:
prio 1: switch
prio 2: measure
and at the same time:
- swiss plug
- home assistant integration for switching (and possibly measuring) as little hacky as possible
- as little fiddling and phone home with proprietary apps, clouds and accounts as possible
is that possible?
e.g. when i google the brands here in the shop i come across home assistant integrations for the brand
- but then not for the plugs
- or for the plugs but not with measurement
- or homeassistant possible but through smart things, tuya etc. cloud integration
zigbee sounds like a way to go, with the hue bridge I actually also have a zigbee gateway, but I don't understand if there are limits to the functions compared to a zigbee gateway like the one from Nabu Casa
in the discussion about the hombli plugs i found the recommendation: "Eve Energy CH with Matter over Thread", should I just get a thread border router like the one from espressif?
if i need an app just to pair, that's ok, but not permanently on the internet just to control my stuff in the house
