How many different types of Series 9 Pro + are there actually? and why are there these different types (e.g. 9651)? The types are sometimes indicated in the reviews, but usually not. Digitec sells Bose Soundtouch systems (10, 20 etc.) which will no longer work via the app from May. Bose does not provide official information. Digitec should take such products, which will be useless in two months, off the market.

Oh dear oh dear, Digitec. Have you also fallen victim to the tile disease? It's really confusing. A complete mix between promotions, recently viewed, magazine, etc. No clean structure anymore. What a pity. I probably won't spend as much time on it anymore

Is there not a single alarm clock left that has music from a USB stick or SD card / uSD card as the alarm tone? Everything now only has AUX, Bluetooth, FM, DAB+ etc. I would be very grateful for any tips.

Hi, Is it possible to add a filter showing if a laptop has soldered/unsoldered/combined RAM configuration? Lack of that information is the reason I am not going to buy a new laptop. I already got trapped once in the past into buying a laptop which had half of it's memory soldered. When I was buying it I saw in the description that there is a memory slot, so I assumed this is where all of the memory is installed. I only learned that this was not the case after the soldered memory broke...

I received the wrong toner cartridge although I ordered the right one (incorrect print cartridge code: 42.94K, wrong printer region displayed on the printer). Galaxus refers to its supplier and distributor "orderflow.ch" who, according to the telephone information, do not help and do not feel responsible. Clarification of the facts or personal consultation with Galaxus not possible. So, what now? Effort and trouble for me! My supplier is and was Galaxus!!! What do I care about the supplier of Galaxus!!! Why do I still need Galaxus??? Support leaves a lot to be desired... but I hear from you again and again. I'll probably have to go to the legal protection organisation and lawyer for such a simple problem. It's tedious but you have to do something to minimise these business practices and I'd also like my money back. Had to buy one elsewhere. Good customer service and trustworthy business look different ....

Hello I am looking for a socket strip which has a T15 plug on the input side and 3 T13 sockets on the output side, each with one of the 3 phases. Is there anything like this on the market? Alternatively, it could also be a 3-way strip that can be screwed on so that I can convert it to 3-phase operation myself. Who can help?

Hello community, I'm putting out an alert and I'd like to know if I'm the only one shocked by the quality of PCs from the Captiva and Avlano brands, which dominate Digitec. A few figures to start with: these two brands account for 5,170 references, or more than 84% of the "PC Gaming" range! But what's even more absurd is that less than 0.5% of this massive catalogue is actually in stock for next-day delivery. The real problem is that almost all of these machines, analysed at random, suffer from serious technical aberrations, designed to fool the unwary buyer. The pattern is always the same: The RAM is systematically sabotaged: Very often we find a single-channel configuration, which halves the bandwidth and causes a performance loss of 15 to 25% in games. A 2479 CHF PC (Captiva R89-085) sold with "1 x 64GB DDR5 5200MHz" is a technical heresy. The components are "No-Name": unbranded and uncertified power supplies (PSUs) and SSDs are installed, even on machines costing almost CHF 4,000 (Captiva R90-729). It's like playing Russian roulette with expensive hardware. Stability and security are sacrificed. Platforms are often obsolete: In 2025, PCs costing over CHF 1,000 (Captiva R88-503) are being sold on a 2017 AM4 platform, with no possibility of upgrading. My question is addressed directly to Digitec: how can your in-house expertise allow machines that are the antithesis of all good PC assembly practice to go by? It's a paradox that seriously damages your credibility. My approach is not to accuse, but to alert. So I ask you: am I the only one shocked by this situation? Is it normal for a reference brand to allow its catalogue to be dominated by thousands of phantom and technically dubious configurations? The debate is open. To end on a constructive note, there is one obvious solution: Digitec should launch its own range of 'Digitec Certified' PCs. 5 to 10 configurations, not 5000. Machines designed by your experts, totally transparent, that the community would be proud to recommend. It would be a real vote of confidence.

Is there an explanation as to why there is no next day delivery? Normally, if I order in the morning, it is delivered the next day.

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. Hello, It seems to me that for some time now, next-day delivery (for orders placed before 7pm) has no longer been guaranteed. For example, if I just took a phone case that was in stock, the delivery time would be the day after tomorrow! Your delivery terms and conditions always state the following: "Ordered today until 9pm, delivered tomorrow. For all products in stock in our central warehouse, all orders received on Monday and before 9pm on Friday are dispatched the same day, and generally arrive at the delivery address on the morning of the next working day (including Saturday, if the option is activated). The availability of each product is visible in real time." Has this changed? Thank you

My Logitech keyboard suddenly stopped working, I sent it in under warranty and Galaxus refunded me the day's price. About 30% less than I bought it 1.5 years ago. When the credit arrived, the same keyboard was more expensive than the refund amount. They didn't want to send me a replacement because none was available. When I asked, this was supposedly Galaxus AGBs, is that true? Amazon offers the same products cheaper and with top customer service. Mediamarkt is a bit more expensive, but everything is done immediately on site without sending it in or anything else.

My wife has a 2015 MacBook Pro and is hoping to find a portable monitor that can connect directly to it, using just a couple of cables without the need for a wall socket. It doesn’t need to be super fancy—just something to handle emails, PDFs, and Excel and easy to take on a backpack. Any recommendations would be great!

Couldn't many products that are out of competition and expensive or whose technology is outdated be taken out of the range (such as dot matrix printers or nVidia GT 710 graphics cards)? I don't think anyone buys them (except people who are not familiar with the subject!)...
