Free shipping in Switzerland

All orders with a value of CHF 50.– or more are shipped free of charge to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All products in stock at our warehouse are handled by Swiss Post and the transport company Planzer. If your product is from a third-party supplier or one of our merchant partners, it might be sent with another delivery company.

For orders under CHF 50.–, we charge shipping costs of CHF 4.90.
Why do we charge these costs?
Because the logistical effort for small orders is comparatively high. By offsetting the shipping costs for small orders, our customers benefit from lower prices for cheaper products.

Here’s an example: if a customer orders a ballpoint pen for 50 cents, the shipping costs and other expenses would be multiple times higher than our margin. In other words, if we didn’t charge shipping costs, we’d have to increase the price of the pen.

Ordered today, delivered tomorrow

The following generally applies to all products in stock at our central warehouse: all orders placed by 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and generally (~96%) arrive at the delivery address in the morning of the following working day. However, we may have to bring forward the last order deadline during the course of the day due to a very high order intake or unexpected disruptions to the logistics chain, for example. The expected delivery date is always displayed on the website.

Free Saturday delivery

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday, provided that the desired product is in stock at our central warehouse. Each product features real-time information on availability. The Saturday delivery service is activated by default in all private customer accounts. It’s deactivated by default in all business customer accounts. For each order, you can choose to activate or deactivate the free Saturday delivery service in your customer account or at checkout. General cargo deliveries (larger than parcel post) are excluded from this service.

Flash delivery (same-day delivery)

Receive your products the same evening. If you order before lunchtime, our shipping partner Notime will deliver your order the same evening between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Please note NoTime isn’t available in all regions. Check this map to find out if flash delivery  is available in your postcode and what the order deadline is to receive same-day delivery. To see if flash delivery is available where you are, hover the mouse over your postcode area.

Flash delivery’s only available for orders that contain products available in our central warehouse in Wohlen and that weigh under 35 kg. The daily quota of flash deliveries is also limited. The quota’s adjusted according to the available volume at NoTime.

Flash delivery isn’t available between the order deadline specified and 9 p.m. If you place your order during this time, you’ll receive your delivery just as quickly with regular shipment in most cases. Flash delivery’s also available throughout the day on Sundays and orders delivered on Monday evening.

Pallets and bulky items over 30 kg

A haulage company delivers heavy items on pallets. They’ll call you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery time. If they can’t get hold of you, you’ll get an e-mail asking you to contact them. For hard-to-access addresses, our delivery company takes palettes to the nearest location (e.g. lower station of mountain railway). Then a specialist company takes over from them to deliver to your home address. 
Please note that Swiss Post only deliver to the kerbside. Additional services, such as delivery to a certain floor, cost extra (see below). Any exceptions to this will be listed on the product page.

Delivery to place of use

Our free delivery option normally means delivering to the kerbside. For a fee of CHF 59.–, we deliver pallets or small consignments exceeding 30 kg to their place of use*. This means that a haulage company delivers the product to the desired place of use, e.g. your living room or cellar. The service includes delivery to the place of use only. It doesn’t include product assembly or taking back old products or packaging.

This service can be selected in the payment section when ordering your product.
The haulage company arranges all delivery appointments. 

* This service is only available for products shipped from our own warehouse. Products shipped from supplier warehouses are excluded.

Additional services installation/fitting 

Need help installing your new fridge, mounting the TV to the wall, prepping your skis or getting rid of your old device? Our service partner network means we now provide various services like this throughout Switzerland. These additional services are provided by various service partners. The costs depend on the type of service and the selected service partner. Die Kosten sind sowohl von der Art des Services als auch vom ausgewählten Servicepartner abhängig. To find out if partner services are available for a certain product, check the product details section in our online shop. They’ll be listed under Partner Services. If they’re available, you can add them at the checkout.

Having parcels left on your doorstep

Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, Swiss Post may leave the parcel in front of your door. If you don’t want this to happen, you can contact the parcel service provider by telephone or e-mail in advance (phone: 0848 888 888, e-mail: kundendienst@post.ch). These changes will then be saved in Swiss Post’s system. With Planzer Paket, you can disable doorstep drop-offs in the delivery settings.

International delivery

Our delivery service is only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Please inspect the parcel carefully upon receipt and promptly report any damage.

Collection

Order collection in Switzerland

Orders can be collected from various locations throughout Switzerland. We’ll e-mail you as soon as your entire order’s complete and ready to collect. Your products will be reserved for you for 14 days. For orders that have already been paid for, valid ID is required for security reasons. If you miss the collection deadline, the products will be returned to our warehouse and the amount you’ve already paid will be credited to your customer account.

Please note that products exceeding 35 kg are not available for collection.

Collection by another person
If your product has already been paid for or will be paid by invoice, we need to check the ID of the person who’s picking up the order. There are two ways to have someone else collect your order:

  1. Adding a person in your customer account: You can enter the person who will pick up your order in your customer account.
  2. Written permission and copy of ID: Alternatively, the person who’s collecting can do so by producing a signed written permission from the account owner with a copy of the ID document and order number of the order.
