Capacity: The large bowl with a capacity of 7 liters can hold up to 5 kg of dough, making it suitable for both professional kitchens and passionate hobby bakers. You can easily prepare large or small portions.

Speed settings: With 20 speed levels, you always have full control over the kneading or mixing process and can find the best speed for your recipe.
