hello, i bought my versalink C7000V/DN 2019. since 2 weeks i also have problems: it gives wrong toner level messages every few days (yellow empty, which is not true) and something rattles in the gearbox. until now i was very satisfied. how old is your phaser 7100?
hoi, scanning is not possible the way it is shown above. to scan, you need the scan attachment. it can be supplemented with another paper tray. but you can also set it so that it fetches, for example, a4 from the additional feeder (fold-out feed on the left) and a3 from the paper tray.
Unfortunately, I can't answer either question because I don't use it. I am not so happy with the printer, but maybe it has something to do with the fact that I work with Macs. I had to buy an additional programme for a lot of money.

Yes, they are included. After 1400 printed pages, all four toners are still at about 90%. Attention there is a problem with coloured areas when printing MS Office documents when text is layered on top. I have been waiting for a solution from Xerox for months.
According to our research, this printer is not Wi-Fi enabled. We apparently don't sell the Wi-Fi version, I'm sorry.

Yes, I bought it about 6 months ago. Everything has worked fine until today, including printing from ipad and iphone.
This is absolutely correct. After a little familiarisation, the device is really good to use, with few drawbacks. However, with clear limitations in the scanner...... pity.
The printer is supplied with setup toner and the drum unit.
All VersaLink and AltaLink devices have a touch screen. :)
I am not 100% sure but I heard that there is a module for 60 envelopes C5 as I need this too :-) with fax module
Until it is repaired, of course. Depending on what is broken and what needs to be replaced. It is quite possible that not all spare parts are immediately available.
We already have the single tray on offer: Xerox 520-Sheet Feeder A3 with Base Cabinet But the delivery date is unfortunately unknown at the moment, so I can't tell you the delivery time. :)
So to the right of the picture it says "The VersaLink C7020DN with 3 year OnSite warranty and 4 paper drawers." and under "Products in the set" the warranty is also listed ;)
