Hello My Phaser 7100 has been having problems lately. Question: Is the C7000V a real alternative to the Phaser 7100 or is there another Xerox Phaser like the 7100?

hello, i bought my versalink C7000V/DN 2019. since 2 weeks i also have problems: it gives wrong toner level messages every few days (yellow empty, which is not true) and something rattles in the gearbox. until now i was very satisfied. how old is your phaser 7100?
