On the phone Bluetooth setting, select the radio and activate call functions and media playback.
It's exactly the same for me. I had other problems after the firmware update. No Spotify function any more, CD could no longer be selected. But otherwise it runs tiptop and I live quite well with it.
Hello, have you ever tried another CD? Preferably one that you did not burn yourself. Otherwise, error 10 would indicate a mechanical or electrical problem.

Hi i had to reconnect the power cable as well. but that didn't change anything in the settings. download the ARC app and connect to the radio. you can use it to make all the audio settings very easily. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jzt_dVgRQ8I&t=571s he explains the ARC APP starting at minute 7:55

What SBigoglys wanted to say was: You have to swap the "permanent plus 12 volts" with the "ignition plus 12 volts". After that, the memory should remain intact. It is best to measure with a voltmeter beforehand whether the "permanent plus 12 volts" is also retained when the key is removed. If not, lay an extra cable from the battery with a fuse etc....
The scope of delivery includes a transition cable that fits from the radio connection to the two plugs that are present (in my case). There are two plugs with 8 pins each (but not all are connected). I was able to simply connect the transition cable and it worked. Then I plugged in the supplied antenna and it was ready. A new metal frame was also included, as was the cable microphone.

Hi Roger Mercedes should not be a problem. You may need an adapter from the old radio cable to the DAB cable. (I used one for an old Subaru). Antenna is included, possibly an extension, depending on where you mount it. Microphone is also included. Greetings Ueli
