Question about Pioneer Deh-X7800dab

Hands-free talking via bluethooth is very poor with strong background noise. Does anyone else have this kind of interference? The Kenwood radio before had a crystal clear call quality, but unfortunately it broke down and the Pioneer is the replacement.
