Questions about Ascaso Steel Uno PID

Hello. I have a question about the scope of delivery of the Ascaso Steel Uno PID. This is described as follows and I assume that this is a mistake / error: "Quick start guide is included in the scope of delivery". In contrast, the description at the top states: "The accessories included in the scope of delivery are also impressive." The scope of delivery for the Ascaso Steel Duo PID states: "1 x portafilter machine Ascaso Steel Duo PID, 1 x aluminium tamper, 1x portafilter with hardwood handle, 5 x stainless steel sieves (58mm), quick start guide included" I assume that the Ascaso Steel Uno PID is also supplied with the following accessories: ""1 x portafilter machine Ascaso Steel Duo PID, 1 x aluminium tamper, 1x portafilter with hardwood handle, 5 x stainless steel portafilters (58mm)" and that this is an error in the description. It would be strange if the machine was delivered without the portafilter and portafilters. Is my assumption correct? Many thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hello, how long does the pressure build-up phase take between making an espresso and switching to steam for the cappuccino - or to put it another way: if I have left the espresso out and switch to steam, how long does the machine need to provide the higher pressure for milk foaming?

Can it also be used to obtain hot water, e.g. for an Americano?

What is the distance between the portafilter outlet and the drip tray, i.e. the maximum cup height?

Are you sure that the pump pressure is only 9 bar? On the Ascaso page it says 20 bar.

Does anyone have experience with the Ascaso Steel Uno PID in use with E.S.E. pods? Need the pods in between for long coffees.

Can you also use e.s.e pads? A sieve for this is included. But do I have to change anything else? Or just use the POD sieve?

From where are they delivered that it takes so long ? Repair service ? Is there an importer in Switzerland?

@digitec. Ascaso clearly offers a 5 year warranty on the Termoblock. If you do not want to pass this on to your customers, I will have to look for another dealer. I look forward to hearing from you.
