The Oura Ring 4 is the latest generation of Oura's smart ring. Made entirely from titanium, the smart ring employs the new smart sensing platform. It customises itself to you, captures your biometric values and offers you insights into over 30 biometric parameters, such as sleep, daily form, activity, heart health, stress and women's health. With up to eight days of battery life, the Oura Ring monitors your health and is so comfortable you'll hardly notice it's there.
Oura membership
In order to use all functions of the Oura Ring, a membership is required. Without a membership, the Oura Ring can only be used with limited functionality and you will not have access to the Oura API, but you can download all your personal data from Oura on the Web. With the Oura membership you get a detailed sleep analysis every morning and can track sleep, stress, activity, heart rate and much more.
