Very bad delivery service from Planzer
I do not want to rate the product itself, because I have not received it yet, but I would like to complain about bad delivery service from Planzer! This is the worst delivery I have encountered until now.
The package was supposed to be delivered this Monday (April 7), but Planzer informed me they made a mistake and had to postpone to Tuesday. On Tuesday, Planzer informed me of another delay because of the low capacity. On Wednesday, I still had not waited for my package, so I called Planzer and this time they told me it would continue to be delayed but with no reason. The customer service on the call was very rude and impatient.
I tried to contact Galaxus and asked them to communicate with Planzer, but obviously, it did not help.
On the Galaxus and Planzer's websites, there has been no update since Tuesday, and the delivery date was stuck on April 8.
I totally had no idea where is my package now.
I kindly remind those who want to buy something on Galaxus, that if the system lets you select the delivery company between POST and Planzer, please remember never and ever to choose Planzer, because this is the worst delivery company in this world!!!!
