Our stores remain open for Click & Collect

Our stores throughout Switzerland will remain open for the collection of orders, despite the mandatory closure of all shops selling non-essential goods.

By governmental decree, all shops and markets must close until further notice. Exempt from this ruling are grocery stores, kiosks and gas station shops that sell food or other essential everyday goods.

Our stores throughout Switzerland will also remain open for order collection (Click & Collect). The opening hours remain unchanged. The cantonal ordinances will remain in force at least until the end of February, subject to the possible tightening of measures.

What does this mean for Click & Collect?

  • All customers can pick up products ordered in advance (via our online shop, mail, call centre) at our shop. If you haven’t paid for your order yet, you’ll have to pay by cash or card.
  • Click & Collect only includes the collection of your order. Please register returns, repairs or warranty claims in your customer account and return them by post. Find more information in our Help Centre.
  • It’s not possible to visit the showroom. We have to close off the entire area.
  • We can’t accept electronic waste or packaging material during this period. Please check out your local recycling station instead.
  • Note regarding products that are ordered with a subscription (e.g. mobile phones, tablets, routers, smartwatches): after the purchase, you will receive the subscription contract by e-mail. The signed contract must first be returned by e-mail or post before the product can be collected from our shop. This applies to new subscriptions and contract extensions of all providers (except digitec connect).

Thank you very much for your understanding. Stay healthy!

Studies claim that we have a shorter attention span than goldfish. Ouch! My job is to get your attention as often and for as long as possible. How? With content you enjoy. Outside of the office, you’ll find me on the tennis court, curled up with a book, Netflixing or travelling.
