What paper thickness can the printer still print without problems? Is 200 g/m² still possible?
I haven't had the printer that long and I haven't printed any paper over 100 g/m2 yet.
Enclosed are the specifications from HP:
Print media types:
- Plain paper, HP EcoFFICIENT, HP Premium presentation paper matte (120 g),
- HP Booklet Paper trifold glossy (180 g),
- HP Booklet Paper matte (180 g),
- HP Booklet Paper glossy (180 g),
- HP Advanced photo papers, light (60-74 g)
Print media weight, recommended: 60 to 105 g/m²
Have already used it with 200 g/m2 "colour copy" paper, goes out of standard tray without any problems and looks good (not bent either)!
I have even printed 350 g/m2 paper, which takes a few tries but works.
I don't know, I've never printed on paper that thick. But it prints on photo paper without any problems, and that's pretty thick.
