What is the difference between this TV and the "CX9" (manufacturer no. OLED48CX9LB.AVS)?

You can find out more about the meaning of these numbers here:

https://www.trustedreviews.com/news...

So in summary
OLDE = Display type
48 = Screen diagonal in inches
C = Series
X = Year (2020)
6 = model (different colours and bases)
L = tuner
B = design (stand)

That's all I could find in a hurry.

Unfortunately, I don't know what is hidden behind the confusing number of different model numbers. All I can say is that the LG OLED CX48, which I have just bought at Digitec, is a magnificent device. Simply ingenious, everything from the picture quality, the technical possibilities, the look to the handling (the remote control is a masterpiece and the menu navigation is so intuitive that you immediately find your way around). I'm thrilled and my first impression can be summarised briefly: I can't imagine a better TV - at least in terms of what's currently on offer.
