How does Digitec manage to sell memory without putting the manufacturer's reference number, a number like (KF564C32RSAK2-32 for Kingston) or (F5-5600U3636C16GA2-TZ5S for G-Skill) or CMK ... or CMT ... For Corsair etc etc ? This number is the most important data to sell RAM. As a comparison, it's like buying tyres without knowing the dimensions. 13 inches or 17 inches Important, very important below ;) An example: I would like to buy an MSI Tomahawk Z690 LGA 1700 motherboard. To do this, I go to the motherboard manufacturer's website, then to the list of tested RAMs. Here it is MSI for the Tomahawk. So I look on the vendor's website for the MODEL number which digitec almost never has, so I have to go to Steg or Fust or Interdiscount to buy RAM because digitec doesn't know this number which is ... THE and THE and THE most important NUMBER to sell RAM. Digitec wears me out. :(

After asking the department responsible, they replied: Unfortunately, some of our items are listed as B or perhaps C items depending on the information we receive from suppliers.
Not all items in our range have a detailed specification and even a manufacturer's number, as the customer has noticed, as we have not received this information from our supplier. We try to have as detailed a specification as possible, but due to the large number of items we have in the line, the department responsible does its best to fill the specification as much as possible.
Therefore, I fully understand our customer's disappointment in this matter, but we are working to resolve this issue and provide a more detailed quotation.
If the customer is looking for a specific RAM module or specification, I am more than happy to provide assistance in terms of budget, memory speed, capacity, or even a more detailed offer.capacity, or even RGB lighting to help our customer, as we can also check EAN codes and other information in our system.
If the customer finds a manufacturer's reference elsewhere and has obtained an EAN code for the item, they can also check the EAN code on our website.
