Question about Xiaomi Mi Home Security Camera Basic 1080p
Unfortunately, since the 4.0 update it doesn't work at all anymore Orange lamp lights up but it still doesn't work can't be reset nothing. Has anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?
The same thing happened to me: I did a firmware update and then nothing could be done with the camera. Even a hard reset several times did nothing. And during the firmware update, the camera was connected and there were no power or Wi-Fi interruptions.
Thanks to your question, I found out that I had bought the camera at Digitec. I wanted to return the camera, but I couldn't find the receipt because I thought I had bought it directly from the Mi-Store. But now I know that I have the receipt online.
