Streamcam will *not* run 60fps with my LENOVO_MT_10RS_BU_Think_FM_ThinkCentre M920q Win 10 continue to say "Device can perform faster when connected to USB 3.0" I have tried front USB-C port, and back (blue port) using adapter. Has anyone had the same problem? I have been mailing with Digitec support, but no explanation so far.
Hi Tim. I had the exact same problem. Solution for me was to roll back the driver for StreamCam. As admin, go to device manager, open the "imaging devices" group and right click on "Logitech StreamCam". In the popup, go to "Driver" and press the button "Rollback driver". After you confirm this, the driver info should state a date from 2006 and also, the webcam should no longer be listed under the scanner category but rightfully under "Cameras". Perform a restart. After that, my camera would connect to USB3 without issues and give you the 1080p 60fps you paid for :).
