Since both screens are touch, it should actually be a 2in1 notebook and therefore my question is how far around can I turn the screen so that I can only write on it with the pen?
You can write on the lower screen without any problems because it lies flat in front of you. The upper screen can only be tilted backwards by about 45°, flat 90° is not possible. However, the screen is quite stable, i.e. you can write/draw on it at a 45° angle without it wobbling. I can't say whether everyone will find this comfortable.
