Question for all those who have such an extension with unwinding/rewinding function. This "roll" on which the cable winds is always in the middle of the cable length or is it fixed on the plug side and I can unroll the extension side like a rolled-up water hose/ hoover cable?
How does the rolling up work? Is there a button or do you have to pull the cable slightly so that it rolls up?

This rewinding function is also available for the 2m/3m and 5m versions or are these only cables of the corresponding length (not visible in the pictures)?

Hello Zilla, I bought two of these USB extension cables. They work fine as extension cables.
However, my USB extension cables do not have an automatic unwind or rewind function. You have to adjust the length or roll up yourself. I hope I have provided some clarification.
