My printer CLX-3185FN now shows error message Not compatible is this possible? Was advertised as compatible

This toner is definitely compatible with the CLX-3185FN, I was happy to have this checked. I would always recommend original toners, they generally work best. If necessary, contact the manufacturer of the device. However, they will most likely also recommend original toners. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer proper technical support.
