Question about AVM FRITZ!Box 6850 5G International
My avm 6850 (LTE without 5G) does not work with my new sunrise prepaid card. What could be the reason? PIN1 is stored in the menu of the box.

I have also tried a Sunrise prepaid card and it works. However with the
router with 5G.
The following ideas to get it working:
- Remove the PIN code completely
- Test the sim card in a phone, does the internet work there?
- Is the sim card inserted the right way round? Seems trivial, but I also messed it up the first time I tried it 🙈😂 the sim card must click into place.
