Question about Acer Connect D5 Vero 5G Dongle

According to the manufacturer's website, the dongle is unfortunately not compatible with macOS, or rather nothing is mentioned about this:

I have no idea, I have a Lenovo thinkpad x1 and it didn't work at all despite the installation efforts of my IT specialist. After 160 fr we cancelled the exercise and I sent the dongle back and got my money back.
