Question about Samsung Bd-J4500r
Is this player code free (dvd)? The aim is to play Japanese DVDs.
I just did some googling: According to https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki..., Japan has the same region code as Western and Central Europe. So Japanese DVDs should not be a problem.
The Code-Free feature also factored into my purchase decision, but I can't comment on it because I don't have any Japanese DVDs. I will try to get a "differently encoded" DVD and post again.
