is this memory compatible with a MacBook Pro Retina 13" (Late 2013)?

No. The RAM is soldered to the logic board in all of these models.
Here you can see the logic board --> http://i.stack.imgur.com/pV4LX.jpg (yellow is the memory 16x 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM therefore 8 GB total in that case).
