Is the DEX cable compatible with a Galaxy S9+? On the official site, only the Note 9 is specified, not the Galaxy S9+, but I have read in various articles that it should be possible. Would be massively less hassle for me than my DEX pad. (It's not about the ports, those are clear, but about the software. I wonder if it will let me use DEX on my Galaxy S9+ without a pad.

Unfortunately, I can't give an informed answer - as I only use the Note9. But I can't imagine why it wouldn't work with the S9+.
