Is the base plate included? I still need a power supply unit which one should I use? Will the one from the V2 fit?

The base plate is included, the power supply unit from V2 does not fit!
I bought it from SatOnline GmbH (https://www.satonline.ch) ArtNr. 20295 for Fr. 72.50.
