Is it enough if I buy the pedals from a Thrustmaster? Or do I need the complete set for this addon?

No, that's not enough. You only buy the steering wheel here. In addition to the pedals, you also need a servo base. E.g. Thrustmaster TX Servo Base Racing Wheel
