Question about Philips OneBlade Pro

It depends which model you mean. There is a cheaper OneBlade Pro which has no numerical display and has shorter battery life. Right now buying the same OneBlade pro and body kit will be more expensive than buying this model which has body kit included.

Yes, so everything is included if you buy them separately, although I would think twice about buying the skin protection and comb attachment anyway.
I found both attachments rather annoying, I hurt myself more often than without them and they don't hold very well in my opinion and often tore the blade out of the device because their gliding properties are very poor.
Maybe they are more useful for wet shaving.
