I have a problem: I use Aura from Asus and have 3x Thermaltake Riing 140 with the TT Sync Controller. This requires a SATA connection for power. In addition, there is the data cable which must be plugged in on the mainboard with a USB but not with the addresable RGB. (Now I can't sync the fans with Aura.... Do I have to order an extra cable? Something is not right. LG

Samsacha, with the controller you have everything you need. In addition to the connector (power) to Sata, it also has a cable connection. Since you have an Asus mainboard, I think you have to use the cable with "C2. You have to connect this cable from the controller to the Aura LED strips slot on the mainboard. Then connect all the fans and also connect the PWM cables from the controller to 1-3 PWM fan connections on the mainboard. The fan speed is then set via BIOS. The RGB via Aura

I have the problem that the fans (4) are running and the pump is also running (Max Speed) but I can't control anything in the Asus Aura or in the TT Control...
I just checked all connections again and everything should fit. In addition, 12 pieces of the TT RGB fittings are installed and also connected directly to the Sync Controller, none of them lights up.
All fans and the RGB cable of the pump are also connected to the controller, which is then connected once to the USB 2.0 on the MB and with the other cable to the ADD Gen 2 header.
The pump's power is connected to the enclosed controller + power feed from the NT and from there to the other USB 2.0 port on the MB. What am I doing wrong?
Do I have to mount an additional PWM cable on each side of the controller and go to a fan connection?

Thanks for your tips
