Question about Microsoft Office Home 2024

So, the problem has been solved. After some time, I found the Microsoft support page. I registered there, including my telephone number. I was called back and a lady from MS support looked at my PC. It turned out that Office Professional had been installed in French. She uninstalled the French Office. Office and then installed the Home version in German. After the procedure, everything works. Hello campari, when I click on Word or Excel, it does not open but a window opens Enter key. Only then does it still work with Office 365? I'm not sure. I will ask MS support. But thank you all and happy holidays. I got my present :).

Open a document, e.g. in Word.
top left "File"
At the bottom left "Options"
In the new field "Language/Langue"
Search for the desired language, select, save (set preferred language)
