I plugged in Stadler Form Anna exactly as instructed, switched it on and turned on the heating. The instructions also state that it can switch off when it overheats and switch on again after a few minutes when the room temperature gets cooler. Stadler Form Anna effectively heated for about 20 minutes, switched off and has not switched on since, even though it is getting colder in my 20m2 room. Switched off and unplugged, waited and then plugged back in and pressed the switch on button but nothing happens at all. can anyone help me?

If it has not blown the fuse, the heater is almost certainly defective.
It should only switch off if the fan openings are covered and therefore overheats.
