noblechairs Epic
I have owned this chair since yesterday and have already sat on it for over an hour. Reading through the reviews, one could almost think that this product is flawless. In my opinion, the wheels do not roll as easily as is often praised in the reviews. By the way, I have parquet flooring, which I think would be ideal for the wheels. The main reason why I bought this chair is that I attach great importance to comfort and ergonomics. After an hour, my whole back was totally strained and finally I could hardly wait to get back into bed. Am I the only one who feels this way? I hope this is not long-lasting, because otherwise I will unfortunately have to use my old office chair again. After assembling the chair, I still had one small and one large, thick screw left. Do these simply serve as replacements or have I done something wrong?
On the subject of seating comfort, I can only say that "gamer chairs" are not one-size fits all.
Neither my girlfriend nor I can cope with the racing chairs.
Furthermore, the "ergonomics" are questionable, comfortable doesn't necessarily mean good for the back, that's also an individual thing, just like the seating comfort mentioned above.
Tension can also be caused by an existing bad posture when the back is forced into a "healthy" position.
Another reason why I give gamer chairs a wide berth is the workmanship/warranty.
There is a reason why well-known office furniture manufacturers give a 10+ year guarantee on their chairs and noblechairs and the like only 2-3 years.
I'd rather pay 900 once and have 12 years of peace than have to buy a new chair for 400 every 3-4 years.
If the budget is not enough, a well-known chair from a Swedish furniture store will do.
I also own this chair and I am very happy with it, I think that the screws are meant as replacements.
