I have an expensive noise cancelling headphone (cable 3.5mm jack) which I want to connect to the S20 with the adapter supplied. But I get the message "The connected USB device is not supported". Does anyone know a solution or what the adapter is for? Thank you

I have had the same problem with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and have not found a solution. This post says that you need a special adapter for wired headphones: https://www.spickipedia.com/index.php/samsung/samsung-das-angeschlossene-usb-geraet-wird-nicht-unterstuetzt.html

Unfortunately, I haven't tested it personally; I have since switched to the iPhone 12 and AirPods Pro.
