I can't get my 4 port switch to work. No video signal.
Connected via DP-HDMI adapter on the unit and HDMI cable connection.
Devices (PC/notebooks) react when switched. Mouse and keyboard work perfectly.
Before I buy DP cable, is this the solution? What else could be wrong? Resolution?

it's 100% the fault of the DP-HDMI adapters, I bought 4 of them, none of them work = thank you digitec for selling them.

If you connect to your monitor via the DP port with the DP port cable, it should work. PC with HDMI to DP does not work. I have 4 PCs connected to the switch, each of the PCs has a DP port graphics card, a DP cable and then a DP cable from the switch to the monitor. These are the essential requirements. In addition, you should not use cheap DP cables. Greetings Didi
