How does the 1900R curvature "feel"? Ideal for office work, or would more or less curvature (e.g. 1500, 1800, 2300 or 3800) be better? The problem today is that potential buyers can no longer see such monitors in real life anywhere. Or does anyone know where there are still shops with an exhibition?
I've been using it in the office for 1 year and it's a delight. Whether it's on two open windows. The curvature doesn't bother as your eyes are on two separate parts, but when you're using it full screen. Large Excel spreadsheets are no problem. No eyestrain and a good feeling
It's hard to judge if more or less curvature would fit better, it's a matter of taste and being used to a certain setup. I am using this particular model since 2017 (this is my 3rd version) and I have not yet seen a better one (used also Samsung and LG in the meantime). I find the screen matrix and display quality amazing. The curvature is just right for me, but it may be that I've gotten used to it over the years. Not being able to see them is, I agree, a problem. I used to go to big shops, like MediaMarkt and Interdiscount, but the offer on display is limited. If you're in Zürioberland, feel free to pass by my office and have a look at this one :)
I have it as well for over a year, I have enough space for 3 apps next to each other. If you used to 27 inch you can extend it with another app. With the built in ports I connect everything to the monitor and connect the usb-c to my Mac. Have to admit it’s a bit angled, the sound quality is great but you can‘t control it.
