Question about Kingston FURY Renegade

Hi, wanted to use this SSD with the enclosure from Icy - Icy Box IB-1817M-C31 (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/icy-box-ib-1817m-c31-nvme-m2-m2-2260-m2-2242-m2-2230-m2-2280-externes-gehaeuse-10695604?supplier=406802). Nothing is recognised under MacOSX 12.5 (MacMini 2014). Under Win10, the device is recognised but cannot be initialised. Funnily enough, my old MacBook Air (2013) recognises the device under 10.3 and can also format and write to it - but only with USB 2.0. The case does not seem to have a defect. I have already tried this with an identical second enclosure, which works fine with a Samsung Evo 970 Plus. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
