Help, I have the Arlo pro 5 without a plan. Arlo told me in writing that with this Smart hub the recordings are visible in the app again. All right, I thought, I'll buy it as well. Unfortunately, this does not work at all. The recordings are still not visible. When I contacted the support team by phone, they suddenly said that this was not possible with the new app. Who can help me, or is this simply a subscription trap?
You have to register all cameras again via the Smart Hub.
