Hello, I wonder why the appliance was not designed for decalcified water? Quote from the manual: "The appliance only works properly with untreated water. Do not use with softening systems/ion exchangers." Not comprehensible to me. And yet Stalder Form wants to sell descaling balls with it. It's the same thing. I would look forward to a scientific explanation.
