Question about Segway-Navimow i105E
Hello, we are interested in the Segway Navimow i105E. However, we don't want to operate it constantly with WLAN or 4G (except for initial installation and occasional updates). Once the robotic lawnmower is installed and has all the updates, can it run without the internet? Can it run for e.g. a week/a few days without having internet during this time? Thanks for your help!

Yes exactly, it does not need the internet to operate. The internet connection is required for updates, to control the mower remotely and for the theft protection feature.
However, the robotic lawnmower obtains its weather information from the Internet. It does not have any weather sensors of its own.
This means that if, for example, it is not supposed to drive in the rain or if it is supposed to stop while driving, return to the station and continue later, then it needs an Internet connection.
According to the manufacturer, it polls the data every 10 minutes. I don't yet know how well this works - I first have to make sure and gain experience.
