Hello everyone, I have found some different information about the module. My question is, can I also use the module to switch an LED lamp? So that I can use my mechanical switch (which is already there) with a second new wireless switch? I need a simple solution for a second switch point. Details of the LED lamp: LED Driver Model LIR-017Y-B Input: AC220-240V 50/60Hz Max:0.11A, PF>:0.7 Output: DC250-260V I:56mA+/-5% TC:80 degrees Prated: 15:30W (Max) Uout: DC340V(Max) Thanks for the answer :)

Helpful answer

Hello,
To use the module with LED lamps, you will need to add a load. The intertechno BPM-1504 module is designed for this.

glorfindel says it right.
I have solved this with an existing luminaire as follows: an existing 230VAC halogen lamp and 3 LED lamps combined. The ohmic load of the halogen is sufficient for the switching module to function.
Excerpt from the description: Fluorescent tubes, energy-saving lamps, LEDs and wound transformers are not permitted.
With a new luminaire, the use of the LED switching module is of course correct.

With the "Intertechno LED-Freund BPM-1504" additional load module I can switch my
2.5W LED lamp without any problems.
