Hello Community I bought the MT40X for my child yesterday. Now I can't log in to the TCL Connect app. After entering the child's details (name, date of birth) in the app, I cannot press the "Done" button or it is highlighted in light blue. Does anyone have the same problem? I have already reinstalled the app twice and the SIM card is active. Thanks a lot
Hello, I have found the solution: In the app, you have to enter the child's name and birthday in the information about the child. There is a fine white strip underneath, you have to click on it and a new window opens where you have to enter the child's phone number. Then it should work. Good luck!
