I would recommend a 1070/1080. Custom design. SLI is purely a matter of prestige and has never really worked. (My opinion)
I7 7***K are on the way. If you can wait, this is the better option. Otherwise these are top parts. 👍

The motherboard is way too expensive, rather take the ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING (LGA 1151, Intel Z170, ATX) or if you have to, the ASUS Maximus VIII Hero (LGA 1151, Intel Z170, ATX).
