Good day I have just bought the Hama Fit Track 1900. It has been connected to various USB charging stations for two days now. Nothing happens. I can't see whether the tracker is charging, nor can I switch it on or add it to the app. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for some help. Kirsten Lux
the contacts on the plug are missing. The product is defectively manufactured - it cannot be charged at all. Replacement products all have the same defect.
When I charge the watch from the USB, it vibrates as soon as it is plugged in correctly. Make sure that the watch is inserted the right way round (and with the charging side...) in the USB. Then it works. To switch it on after charging, keep your finger on zero for a long time.
Press the small rectangle on the display for a long time... then the clock switches on again...
