Logitech G Pro X Superlight
Logitech G Pro X Superlight
Dropouts with Windows 11. Since Windows 11 (Surface Pro 9) regular dropouts (every few seconds). It is impossible to work/game with it. When the G HUB software is open, it is "nice" to see how the Pro X Superlight is inactive from time to time and then active again for a short time. The G 915 keyboard next to it always remains active and has no dropouts. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution? Merci!
I have the same problem. While gaming, the mouse just doesn't react "normally" and I can hardly turn left or right. It may only last 1-2 seconds, but it makes it impossible to play FPS games. Have you found a solution to this or has Digitec been able to help you? I have tried it with or without a cable, moved the router out of the way, put the dongle in front of the mouse, various USB ports (3.0 and 2.0), closed or switched on the Logitec software. Nothing worked.
I own two and use them daily under Win 10 in the office and under Win 11 privately... Never noticed any dropouts...
And I also play first person shooters from time to time.
For what it's worth, I'm on Windows 11 and don't have any problems like this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
