Hello, this item (also the USB one) only works on iPad. The iPhone does not provide enough power to the connector to read the card. A "Accessory not recognised" message appears on the iPhone when connected. On iPad, when connecting with an SD card, you can only see the photos after importing them (so be careful with the storage space of the iPad).
