Does this charge via the Thunderbolt or USB-C port or do I always have to have the power supply with me?
Thank you for the answer. I also found out a few more things. Lenovo devices deliberately do not charge via the Thunderbolt or USB-C. For whatever reason.
Actually, Lenovo was always the favoured device for me. But that's a killer criterion for me, because I don't want to buy or take a power supply unit with me for every location.
So Dell is the only choice until Lenovo changes its mind at some point.
Unfortunately, no. The 100W PD via USB-C does not seem to be sufficient for the notebook. A docking can be used without any problems, but charging is only possible via the separate connection or the separate power supply unit.
