Does anyone else have the problem with Bluetooth that the sound quality is extremely poor? Also, when I switch on the Bluetooth, the device often crashes and I have to do a cold start...

I use bluetooth in the car and with the ue boom 2 box and have neither bad sound (i.e. in terms of quality) nor any reboots of the device. Bluetooth is always switched on.
