Question about Samsung Galaxy S21 (Snapdragon)
"DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN/CAUTION SEALED PACKAGE" is written on box. For the third time, I got the cell phone with opened seal, unbelievable!!!! After 3 weeks of communication with customer support!!! You should defiantly not accept this kind of cell phones, all the dealer suggested. I'm really disappointed about the quality control of Galaxus/Digitec!!! Is it normal with this company?!! Should I accept cellphone with opened seal?
I'm sorry you had to go through this rough experience. Of course, you should not receive a product that is not new unless this was titled as ``used``. The fact that its already the third time this happened to you seems very unusual to me and for that I apologize. As to the question of whether it's normal.... no of course not. However, mistakes happen and you can learn from them. And for everyone else: if you order a ``new`` phone and it comes with a broken seal, report it directly to our customer service.
