Can the monitor be divided into two? The division should not be able to be set by Windows but by the monitor itself so that it can be used as two separate monitors under Windows. Is this possible?

It is possible, have used it for PS and PC at the same time.

Yes is possible. I use it from time to time.
One side via usbc on the NB
Other side via DP my PC
