Can I synchronise this device with a Polar Vantage V?

I also have a Vantage V, but you do not synchronise the V650 device via the Vantage V, but like the Vantage V via smartphone Bluetooth, or via USB cable and Polar FlowSync on the PC. The handling is identical to the Vantage V but independent of the Vantage V.
