Probably not with this T48S SIP, because there is also the T48S SfB (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/yealink-t48s-sfb-telefon-7951606) - it should work there. Presumably the devices are identical in terms of hardware and it is the firmware that makes the difference. 
I don't know enough about Skype 4 Business. But I haven't come across it in the account settings.

The difference between T48 and T48 SFB is only the firmware, T48 is SIP firmware, T48 SFB is SFB firmware.
    Absolutely you can convert your T48 to T48 SFB just by upgrade firmware and import license.
